Brittany is the Director of Collaborative Care for the Staten Island PPS, leading ambulatory population health and collaborative care initiatives. Brittany’s previous experience includes leadership roles at Richmond University Medical Center, having served as Director of Performance Improvement for their affiliated physician network prior to joining the PPS. In addition to her ambulatory care leadership experience, Brittany is a licensed social worker, allowing her to provide insight and guidance on best practices for behavioral health integration in primary care settings – a collaborative care goal of the PPS. Brittany possesses a unique and beneficial approach to project management and healthcare leadership due to her combined experiences, and is passionate about improved quality of care, promotion of health equity, and elimination of health disparities.
