Sepsis Quality Improvement
Skilled nursing facilities have implemented a telehealth platform that provides video conferencing, remote auscultation, visualization of SNF residents including a high resolution dermatoscope, and review of document such as labs and ECGs. There were 34 SNF staff trained across the SNFs to champion the telehealth program at their organization.
