“Having a good understanding of the INTERACT™ 4.0 Quality Improvement Program tools and resources and how to successfully implement them is critical for front-line staff for identification of early acute changes of condition in order to be able to evaluate and manage in the facility whenever possible. This process provides quality of care for the resident as well as reducing unnecessary hospital admissions or re-admissions for the resident. These interactive sessions will walk participants through the implementation process and allow attendees to be able to understand the importance of using the program for good resident outcomes.”
