Ashley has been with the Staten Island PPS since 2016. In her current role as Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives and Operations, Ashley leads the strategic development of population health programs and oversees operational activities for the organization. She collaborates with many stakeholders in the community, co-leading and designing health related social needs outreach and engagement initiatives with various populations and alternatives to incarceration programs with the Office of the Richmond County District Attorney. Ashley holds a Master of Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University.
