Collaborative Care

Description

Collaborative Care is an evidence-based model of behavioral health integration. Over 70 randomized clinical trials have shown it is an effective way to treat common behavioral health conditions (e.g. depression, anxiety) in primary care. Collaborative Care is a team-based model and uses a measurement-based, treat-to-target approach as well as brief, evidence-based interventions such as motivational interviewing.

Attendees to our Collaborative Care training series will be eligible to earn continuing medical education (CME), continuing nurse education (CNE), and continuing social work education credits (CSWE). Moreover, for those who cannot attend the live presentation, the sessions will be posted to view at a later date, with CME, CNE, and CSWE credits available within 30 days from the posted date.
