Jolani leads the Hotspotting the Overdose Crisis Program, an innovative overdose outreach and engagement program utilizing predictive analytics to identify individuals most at-risk of overdose and other substance use disorders and connect them to services. She works cross-functionally to oversee all implementation and expansion activities and manages partner and funder relationships.
Prior to joining Staten Island PPS, Jolani spent 10+ years implementing digital health systems in 20+ countries, including the USA. She holds a B.Sc. Honors in Applied Mathematics and an MBA focused on healthcare and analytics from MIT Sloan.
