Nadeen is the Director of Clinical Engagement at the SI PPS. She combines her background as a Doctor of Pharmacy along with her Masters in Public Health to engage partners across various clinical population health domains that encompass chronic disease conditions as well as behavioral health and substance use. Previously, Nadeen worked at SIPCW as a clinical performance improvement manager and at the New York City Department of Health as an infectious disease epidemiologist and a zika testing call center supervisor.
