Thank you for attending the Staten Island PPS Medicaid 1115 Waiver & Population Health Planning Meeting on Friday, December 2^nd.
Staten Island PPS invites you to join us and other community partners to discuss focus areas and initiatives for the expected waiver and beyond.

The following sessions will be hybrid meetings:

Workforce Strategy Session: Monday, January 23^rd 10am – 11:30am                                

Behavioral Health Strategy Session: Monday, January 23^rd 2:30pm – 4:00pm

Primary Care Strategy Session: Thursday, January 26^th 9:00am – 10:30am                         

SDOH & Community Health Strategy Session: Thursday, January 26^th 3:00 – 4:30pm

Health Information Exchange Sessions & Workshops: TBA
