Ashley has led project management, program implementation, and strategic initiatives at SI PPS for the last 9 years. Under the Medicaid New York Health Equity Reform waiver amendment program, she leads the development of the Staten Island Social Care Network, overseeing service delivery, network engagement, and operations of the lead entity. She has extensive experience engaging community-based organizations and stakeholders, and possesses a deep understanding of health-related social needs and their intersection with health disparities and health inequity. Ashley holds a Master’s of Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She volunteers with community-based organizations and teaches yoga in her local community.
