Katerini Stefanides is the Director, Behavior Health. In this current role, Katerini leads the strategic development and implementation of behavior health initiatives related to behavior and mental health services. With a focus on integrated care and community-based interventions, Katerini works closely with hospitals, health homes, and community-based organizations to enhance coordination and improve outcomes for individuals in need of services. Katerini collaborates with partners in the community with a central goal of reducing hospital readmissions, supporting substance use prevention and ensuring equitable access to behavior and mental health services.
Katerini has over 12 years of experience in behavior health and has specialized in intervention treatment of individuals with behavioral disorders as well as mental health disorders. Prior to joining, Katerini had clinical oversight as the Director of Pathway Home programs. Drawing from her background in healthcare and clinical prevention practices, Katerini is looking forward to expanding outreach with partners throughout the community. Katerini holds a Master of Education with a clinical certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University.
