Constantine graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Thomas Aquinas College in 2014. He brings seven years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Product Owner working with multiple media agencies, and a total of 10 years of work experience with him to Staten Island PPS. Constantine will serve as a Workforce Consultant for the Staten Island PPS, focusing on workforce development initiatives.
