Mindy has over 30 years of experience in providing direct care as a Case Manager/Social Worker and supervising and leading a racially diverse staff. For 16 years she worked in various case manager roles at the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services and was the Clinical Supervisor of the Children’s Waiver program. She has extensive contacts with other Staten Island community based social service organizations. In her current role, Mindy will be managing and coordinating the provision of health-related social needs (HRSN) screening and navigation activities for the Social Care Network, community-based partner onboarding and training, and supervisory activities of the SCN lead entity Social Care Navigation team. Mindy is committed to racial equity and improvement in equal access to all behavioral and medical health services for historically underserved populations. She received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and her MSW from Hunter College-Graduate School of Social Work.
