God’s Love We Deliver
God's Love We Deliver provides home delivered medically tailored meals based on the members personal clinical, cultural, dietary, and taste considerations. A member of their staff will reach out to the Member directly to coordinate a nutritional assessment and meal delivery preferences. Meals are delivered twice a week to the member's home.
