Weatherize for Wellness is offering free home upgrades to improve safety, comfort, and air quality. We provide Air Purifiers, Air Conditioners, Air Quality Inspections, CO and Smoke Alarms, New Showerheads, Smart Power Strips, LED Light Bulbs, and Air Sealing.
*Air conditioners have run out, and there are no more this season
The estimated delivery time frame is 2-3 business weeks, and services are provided directly to the member's address.

1)Submission of Signed Application Form:

2) Proof of Income (Only ONE of the following)
a. Benefit letter for SNAP, HEAP, SSI, or SSDI dated within the last 12 months
b. Most recent Tax Return
c. 4-week worth of paystubs for each household member receiving income
