Home Remediation: Ventilation Improving Systems
Medically necessary improvement of ventilation systems, which include provisions of devices and appliances that are eligible by clinical criteria:
-Air conditioners;
-Humidifiers;
-Dehumidifiers;
-Heaters;
-Air filtration devices (which may be limited to mechanical only).

*Prior to any services being delivered, the member and the landlord (if member rents home) MUST sign off on the scope of work.

COMPLETION OF SERVICES MAY TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS IN ORDER TO MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICES
