If you did not receive an account activation email when you should have, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the junk/spam folder of your email inbox.
Step 2: If you still have not received an email, you can submit an account activation request here: http://statenislandpps.org/help/account-activation-form/
Step 3: If you never received the account activation email, it is likely that your IT department has restrictions in place that have blocked emails coming from the OneCity Health LMS.
Please consider coordinating with your organizations Partner Admin to put a request in to your IT department to “white-list” the following email address: onecityhealth@mail-hwapps.org
