Young Adults ages 18-22 who meet one of the following: - Victims or witness or perpetrator of a violent crime/ Traumatic crime - Home-related conflicts, including domestic violence - Seriously disruptive behavior in school - Previously found guilty of a weapon offense -Open criminal courthouse - Involved with family court system -Previously arrested or incarcerated for a violent crime offense - On parole/probation - Actively gang affiliated or at risk of gang engagement - Elevated risk of violence in the community
