Healthy Families is a voluntary program of supportive home visitation to expectant and new parents with identified risk factors for low birth weight, child maltreatment, or learning difficulties. Family support workers visit once a week and form supportive relationships with parents. Open M - F, hours of operation varies. Please call program contact for intake details.
