On October 26th, SI PPS attended Epicured’s Celebration of Impact Ribbon Cutting at their new facility on Staten Island, which in one year, has employed over 100 Staten Islanders. Joining us were some of our incredible partners, who work tirelessly to make the 1115 Waiver the successful program that it is.

Thank you to Epicured and all of our partners for your hard work, dedication, and total commitment to the Social Care Network, and for being a beacon of light for those who don’t know where to turn for support. Food truly IS medicine, and this program is proof that access to not only healthy, but delicious food, saves lives.

Thank you to Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis, Assemblyman Sam Pirozzolo, and Minority Leader David Carr for attending and showing your support for the program. It takes a village to make our community healthier and happier, and we believe that the SCN program will get us there.
