Nathalie Pecho

Nathalie Pecho is a Certified Community Health Worker who serves as a Social Care Navigator with Staten Island SOcial Care Network. She works directly with individuals and families to help them access critical healthcare and social services resources, often acting as a bridge between clients and the complex systems they must navigate. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to equity, dignity, and culturally responsive as well as person-centered care, making sure that every client feels seen, heard and supported. Driven by empathy and a strong sense of purpose, Nathalie is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives—especially those who feel unseen or unheard in traditional systems.

Nathalie’s approach is shaped by formal training in psychology, education and art, equipping her with a multidisciplinary perspective that enhances her effectiveness in community work. Her professional experience spans classroom instruction, estate management, legal and administrative support, client services, and staff development—including onboarding and training new warehouse employees. As a practicing visual artist, she values creativity as a powerful tool for communication, engagement and healing. In addition, her experience managing logistics and operations for private clients has strengthened her organizational and interpersonal capabilities. As someone who values continuous growth, Nathalie is excited to contribute to and learn from this program– to strengthen her voice as an advocate, connect with like-minded peers and further her impact in the community she serves.
