Nathalie Pecho is a Certified Community Health Worker and serves as the SCN Training & Navigation Lead for the Staten Island Performing Provider System (SI PPS), the Social Care Network (SCN) Lead Entity serving Staten Island and an expanded service area that includes eight ZIP codes in Brooklyn and Queens.
In her role, Nathalie leads navigator onboarding, retraining, and specialized deep-dive educational sessions that help strengthen workforce knowledge, improve workflow compliance, and support high-quality service delivery across the SCN network. She also supports workforce development initiatives, provides technical assistance, and collaborates with community-based organizations, healthcare partners, and navigators to improve access to Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) services.
Drawing on her experience as a frontline Social Care Navigator, Nathalie is passionate about helping both community members and professionals navigate complex systems with confidence. She develops training materials, workflow resources, and compliance tools that promote consistency, accountability, and person-centered service delivery across the network.
Nathalie’s approach is informed by her background in psychology, education, and the arts, giving her a unique ability to connect with diverse audiences, simplify complex information, and foster meaningful engagement. Her professional experience spans education, client services, operations management, legal and administrative support, workforce onboarding, and staff development.
A practicing visual artist and lifelong learner, Nathalie believes that creativity, empathy, and education are powerful tools for building stronger communities.
