In her role, Nathalie leads navigator onboarding, retraining, and specialized deep-dive educational sessions that help strengthen workforce knowledge, improve workflow compliance, and support high-quality service delivery across the SCN network. She also supports workforce development initiatives, provides technical assistance, and collaborates with community-based organizations, healthcare partners, and navigators to improve access to Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) services.

Drawing on her experience as a frontline Social Care Navigator, Nathalie is passionate about helping both community members and professionals navigate complex systems with confidence.
